Dear colleagues,
We recommend all our members to contact our legal team in case of administrative and legal investigation. To solve internal disputes please consult your own lawyer. Your first statement in the investigation and the legal documents you submit may be sufficient to solve any disputes before the court or strengthen you case during the hearing. TSOG Society aims to keep a record of any investigation our members are subject to. It is important for our members to share information during investigation and ongoing court cases. This information will set a precedent for our members.
TSOG legal team is made up of retired Supreme Court judges. The team is responsible for reviewing and advising our members during an ongoing trial. A modest fee will be payable to our legal representatives. The number of lawsuits against practising physicians unfortunately is on the increase and is expected to do so in the future.
